Really appreciate the care and attention we got from Sage. Genuinely kind ppl that truly care about the families and patients. Lori returned calls immediately, even on weekends and late evenings. She was extremely respectful and diligent. She helped us feel completely supported in changing with the needs of my mother so that she could be most comfortable and happy. Everyone we dealt with there put us at ease and knew what they were doing. Highly recommend.

I am my Mom's primary caregiver. Very unpleasant experience. Never could reach the nurse and felt the caseworker was car salesman like,trying to transition ( without any input from me) my dear and "still kickin" Mom, to Hospice, repeating like a mantra " she is declining"
The one positive exception was Cherise one of the nurses. She's the" real deal! "

End of life is tough for a family. However Jasmine our nurse from hospice was unbelievable and treated my mother like is he was her own. Her care given was stellar and she was on point with her recommended treatment plan. Because of this mom was comfortable and at peace in her final days. Jasmine is a credit to her profession and Sage Hospices.

I wanted to share my experience with the intake representative and the registered nurse. They were very helpful and professional and took their time to thoroughly answer questions and hear our feelings about our mother and our wishes. You could sense their sincerity and their compassion and it was very comforting.

Ignacio from Sage was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. We also want to give Jazmine a glowing review! What two wonderful people. Our family was put at ease knowing we were doing the right thing for our loved one.

I have work Sage Hospice for 2+ years! They’re liaison, Sheryce is consistently professional, caring and knowledgeable! The staff is great and takes great care of patients.

We used Sage Hospice, Primary and Palliative Care Empathy for my lovely grandmother. Thanks to the Liaison (muy simpatico) and their team I never had to worry about my grandmother not being in good hands. My grandmother was not just a number for them, she was family. And she was treated with so much love, respect, and integrity the whole time. We were also treated as family, and for that I will forever be thankful. Sage Hospice definitely made this experience as pleasant as it could possible be for my grandmother and the entire family. I thank god every day for putting Sage Hospice in our path. Our family would like to thank Sage Hospice for the amazing care they gave our mother. She was admitted into the program 2 years ago and later moved to palliative care because she was doing so well. When her health declined at almost 98 years old they again put her on hospice to provide more care. I would especially like to thank Hannah, Wendy, Suzanne and Chaplain Cheryl for all of their support to mom and the family. You are all angels!
